From there, through a combination of historical data, machine learning, and complex analysis, we are able to determine cash burn rate, COGS, SG&A, and labor vs non-labor costs.

By linking their HRIS solution, Indeligence can calculate employee retention, turnover, and other key indicators of success. Once the company is in our system, they can share these reports with granular permissions with future investors, acquirers, or board members with the click of a button.

Investors and board members can continue to monitor their portfolios on an ongoing basis in real-time. This enables them to fulfill their statutory obligations through our platform, as they will be alerted well in advance of a liquidation event, allowing them to step in and intervene regardless of whether a founder is forthcoming in their darkest hours.
